By accessing or using OfficeFlow AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Organizations may set their own terms for their customers inside the app’s Settings; those do not modify these platform Terms.

Accounts & Eligibility
  • You must have legal capacity and be at least the minimum age required by your jurisdiction.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
Service Description

OfficeFlow AI provides tools for field service operations including customer management, estimates, invoices, scheduling, jobs, messaging, and reporting.

Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Do not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or misleading content, or violate others’ rights.
  • Do not interfere with operation, reverse engineer components, or bypass security controls.
  • No spam, abusive automation, or attempts to exceed rate limits.
Your Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant OfficeFlow AI a limited, non‑exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the platform. You represent you have necessary rights and your content complies with laws and third‑party rights.

Intellectual Property

The platform, software, design, and trademarks are owned by OfficeFlow AI or its licensors and protected by law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds

If your plan includes fees, you agree to pay charges in accordance with pricing presented at purchase. Subscriptions may auto‑renew unless canceled per plan terms. Refunds, if any, follow the policy stated at purchase.

Third‑Party Services

The platform may include integrations or links to third‑party services. OfficeFlow AI is not responsible for those services; your use of them is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

Modifications to the Platform

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to improve reliability, security, or user experience.

Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or for other legitimate reasons. Upon termination, provisions regarding IP, disclaimers, limitations, and disputes survive.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OfficeFlow AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OfficeFlow AI from claims arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our principal place of business, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Before filing a claim, contact us to seek an informal resolution.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we will provide notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
